This beetroot hummus is a delicious and colourful twist on the traditional hummus.

The beetroot hummus is both a great appetiser, spread on bread and crackers or used as a dip for raw vegetables, and a tasty addition to your veggie bowls.
Ingredients:
400g canned chickpeas (drained)
250g precooked beetroot
Juice of half a lemon
2 Tbsp tahini
Olive oil to taste
Pinch of salt
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and add water to reach a creamy texture.
