Beetroot Hummus (ENG)

This beetroot hummus is a delicious and colourful twist on the traditional hummus.

Preparing it will take you less than 10 minutes and less than 6 ingredients.

The beetroot hummus is both a great appetiser, spread on bread and crackers or used as a dip for raw vegetables, and a tasty addition to your veggie bowls.



Ingredients:

  • 400g canned chickpeas (drained)

  • 250g precooked beetroot

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • 2 Tbsp tahini

  • Olive oil to taste

  • Pinch of salt


Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and add water to reach a creamy texture.
